Mold design and fabrication

High quality and well designed molds are the key to creating good products. We work with a network of talented designers and mold fabricators from around the world. We are confident that we can bring your vision into reality. Our designers and fabricators share the same passion to fight against plastic pollution ensuring the best price for your project.

Plastic injection molding

Injection molding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten plastic into a mold.

Plastic compression molding

Compression molding is a forming process in which a plastic material is placed directly into a heated metal mold then is softened by the heat and therefore forced to conform to the shape of the mold, as the mold closes. Once the molding is completed excess Flash may be removed.

Plastic extrusion

Plastics extrusion is a high-volume manufacturing process in which raw plastic is melted and formed into a continuous profile. Extrusion produces items such as pipe/tubing, weather stripping, fencing, deck railings, window frames, and decorative moldings

Plastic shredder

A Plastic shredder or granulator is a machine used for breaking down plastic products for Recycling. These machines come in a variety of types for industries and workshops and the various sizes of plastic products. We collect and shred a variety of different types of plastics and sort by color by for each project.

We will send CAD design to our library of mold creators and fabricators to get you the best price for your budget and begin the creation of your mold

Choose what colors you would like to use for your product we will begin creating your product giving you updates and pictures along the way

1 plastic life is a nonprofit organization 501(c)(3) focused on reducing plastic pollution in low-income communities by providing job training opportunities to the homeless and unemployed people.

Focusing on Los Angeles communities, we are creating opportunities to provide life-improving resources to people in need. We are committed to the environment and to helping people that want to better their lives by boosting the economy while creating a more sustainable world.

1plasticlife has been raising awareness and fighting against the catastrophic plastic pollution waste in our cities and nearby oceans. Our commitment to helping establish positive economic incentives for our local homeless and unsheltered individuals whom we mainly work and provide jobs towards. 1plasticlife is the world's first leading environmental organization in Los Angeles working in low income communities to collect, wash, shred, and recycle plastic waste to support create a path of sustainability and human responsibility.

We are a Certified Community Service Recycling Program with CalRecycle. We have big dreams of helping the world and helping people!
